About Lead2change Haiti

History
Lead2Change Haiti was founded in 2021 by one of its co-founders, Lekendy Marcellus, who at the time had just begun his Master's studies in Leadership and Development at the Université Chrétienne du Nord d'Haïti. Following his first Strategic Leadership course taught by his professor Dr. Oris Guillaume, he soon realized that the country was suffering from a lack of leaders, and that those running our institutions, whether public or private, lacked the culture of enlightened leadership. As he was keenly aware of this void, he took the initiative with two other young people, Olivier Pierre and Samson Alexis, to set up this organizational structure aimed at empowering our young people from an early age to unleash their full potential and develop their leadership skills in order to respond to the developmental needs of our country.

As an organization, we believe that our success depends largely on the strength of our culture, which envisions excellence, respect for principles, a job well done, diversity of ideas and passion for what we do.

At Lead2Change Haiti, we maximize our daily efforts to meet the satisfaction of our partners, stakeholders and supporters.
Our culture of service requires our staff to be enthusiastic in welcoming customers, socially intelligent in connecting with them and, above all, to cultivate empathy. We believe in and encourage group dynamics without ignoring the ability to perform certain tasks alone.
Equality, loyalty, integrity, respect, innovation, teamwork, transparency, efficiency and humanity, forgiveness are values to which the Lead2Change organization is very sensitive. These values are fundamental to our organizational identity, and we don't want them to be neglected under any circumstances.
For us, these are the face, the heart and the lungs of our organization.
