Our Vision

Lead2Change Haiti envisions an enlightened leadership to impact the Nation. In this day and age, we believe that the training of young Haitian teenagers and adults in creating and running a company or a public or private institution, instilling in them the values that this requires, is a necessity.

Thus, we hope to use our actions to train competent young people who will be able to impose their leadership in the future as a result of good governance. Indeed, the great transformations of this world, whether in the political, industrial, entrepreneurial, tourist or other sectors, have taken place under the influence of rational leadership.

Our Mission

Lead2Change has a mission for which we work hard in the country. Our mission as an institution is formulated as follows: “Transform the Youths to transform Haiti”.
We are aware of the enormous challenges we must overcome to achieve this mission, but one thing is certain: we will get there. Haiti now needs its sons and daughters, real leaders who are aware of the situation, to change it. This structure aims to be an effective tool in the construction of the new Haiti we all dream of.
